Top 10 cell phones, 2009 Green

The mobile phones and green concept of 2009 represent a unique convergence of technology and innovative ideas. In preparing this list we were looking for cutting-edge of renewable energy, use recycled materials or easily recyclable Zero toxic substances, and enhanced capabilities. With two screens of touch screen, which boasts a retractable flexible OLED display that can become rigid when loaded, allowing the user maximum space of vision when necessary. For power, it is coated with a photosensitive layer using nanotechnology to harness solar energy.

Sony Ericsson Elm and Hazel

The Elm and phones Hazel is the latest offering from Sony Ericsson GreenHeart in your wallet. Compared with phones that here is one more concept, these humble have the green credentials but I am including here because they are real phones available for purchase and they are made of recycled plastic. Zeri Phone Concept

My character is the Kwisatz Haderach Ikariam (from Dune by Frank Herbert, science fiction books), so Zeri green concept phone which has a top that like the mouth of a worm of Arrakis is something special for me. This concept phone powered by a single power supply and original. The worm's mouth is, in fact, a wire mesh wire mesh and transform to detect temperature changes in power while in your pocket. You can also convert air vibrations into energy generators for use by a hair's breadth in the piezoelectric system.

X001 Xperia phone concept

Created by Jozef Kocur, the X001 is the latest Xperia mobile phone concept. This smartphone is approaching the issue of green energy in one, well, a clever way. Created from a solid piece of aluminum, this elegant eco-friendly phone combines the power of a solar cell and a battery of methanol. The case is transparent methanol and offers a unique look at the front of the X001, while the solar panel can be seen in the rear.

Sticky Phone

Created by designer Liu Hsiang-Ling, the concept Sticky Phone is based on the idea that many users typically put their phone near a window for optimal signal reception. This phone's ecological future has a backward arc and cast into polysiloxane (silicone). It can be connected to your glasses where it can absorb solar energy through a solar panel on the back of the phone.

Touchwood Phone

The Touchwood is still in prototype stage and is made with scrap wood from trees killed during operations to maintain forest thinning healthy. It boasts of a body of authentic cypress wood, and developed by ITT DoCoMo of Japan in collaboration with Sharp Corporation, Olympus Corporation, and more trees, a reforestation project founded by musician Ryuichi Sakamoto, among others.

Magnet Phone

Designed by tryied Yeh, the Magnet concept phone is solar powered – that allows users to recharge your mobile phone anytime, anywhere with renewable energy from the sun. Sporting a light OLED panel, the device comes with a stylish large cell solar panel and can be customized to suit the tastes of user. You can listen to your favorite music tracks, watch videos and play games on the phone from the magnet without worrying much about the ecological carrying device.
